My Husband and I came here this evening whilst staying in the area. Would definitely love to come back and eat here :) a really great meal! Great price! Great service! Loved it
We had a fantastic evening at the Fleece. We were a party of four and we all loved our meal. The staff were friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. Very good value compared with most gastro pubs. Will certainly be going again.
Great town centre pub in the charming market town of Bungay. An extensive menu of tasty snacks and meals is supported by a choice of real ales, some local artisan brews and the ubiquitous GK IPA!The scotch egg with tangy pickles and salad went down a treat with some chunky chips and a pint of beer from a local small independent brewery. Just what you want after a 6 mile walk around the town!
Although it was a busy lunch time, we were well attended. My mum & I had the sea bass. Delicately pan fried sea bass on a bed of green pea and palmer ham risotto. Simply delicious! My dad had the burger, a towering burger, with cheese, bacon etc. All tasted good, but the meat was rather bland Shame, as it looked so good.
A wonderful place for food and drink. The coffee is really delicious too. The food is of a high standard. The staff are very friendly
