Having had two knee replacements followed by a hip replacement I found myself almost unable to walk in spite of all the treatment the NHS was able to give me. By chance I was told of Lisa Haywood and desperate to get back on my feet again I enrolled with Physio East. On the day of my first appointment I staggered the short distance from the car park to Lisas waiting room. An hour later I returned to the car park walking extremely well. Since then, serious back, leg and neck problems have been treated with remarkable success. I cannot recommend Lisa too highly.
I don't know what I would do without Lisa!! Over the past couple of years she has helped me over come sciatica, a broken shoulder blade and Chronic fatigue syndrome, but not only has she helped me over come them, I have seen a massive improvement within all the sports I do!! With Lisa's guidance on breathing and core work, my body responds differently and now it makes my sports a lot easier to play and have fun.
From having 6 months of pain and sleepless nights, popping endless amounts of pain killers and generally struggling at work, in just three sessions my life is back on track!! No pain, no pills and SLEEP!!! Amazing people with fantastic knowledge, thank you.
Many thanks to Lisa at Physio East for helping me with a long term spinal/neck issue. The treatment and advice have transformed a problem that was unanswered after 2 years of visits to numerous consultants of different disciplines. Lisa was thorough, attentive and very easy to work with, and exercises to continue at home clearly demonstrated and explained The premises are easily accessible with parking just 50 metres away. Costs are very reasonable too. Definitely recommend.
