Stayed for a week with our dogs, this is our 2nd stay at St Michael's House, love the house, dogs love the garden and we all love the area. The local towns,pubs and people are all so friendly ,that's why we choose to return each year. The house has as all mod cons wrapped up in a 500+ year old house, rustic style which is exactly our taste, warm ,clean , comfortable beds ,we couldn't ask for any more. No doubt we will be returning again, thanks to the owners for a great stay
Enjoyed a lovely weekend at St Michael's House. Cottage is beautifully appointed and well equipped and set in a lovely location. The garden is a tranquil haven and there are pleasant walks in the immediate area. We were a party of 8 and the facilities were great. We had good weather, but the premises has a modern, effective heating system which i am sure would be suitable to ensure comfort in less clemant conditions. Would recommend this venue for a weekend of longer break.
A charming wonderful place to spend our family holiday. The accommodations were lovely and warm and they allow pets as well. We are looking forward to returning to St. Michael's house again.
Amazing old property with all the quierkiness of an old property. Amazing wooden beams everywhere, loved the old time charm. Lots of space, clean & well presented sleeps 10 comfortably, lovely surroundings. Bungay is such a quaint little village loved it & the lovely Southwold is worth a visit.
