The Saturday before Christmas my car key snapped in half in a Co-Op car park in Norwich. Unable to unlock or start my car I was panicked. Steve arrived very quickly and managed to cut me a new key within 15 minutes, right there in the car park. Even better he managed to get my electric locking system working again, despite it not working for the last 12 months. This man is a magician! He is past, polite, and gets the job done! He is also very reasonably priced considering what it would have cost me to get a new key from my manufacturer. I would highly recommend him!!
Steve went over and above the service I would expect to unlock my old Astra that I had locked my keys in. Problem with my lock mechanism but he found a way to open it up. Very professional, very helpful and a fair price. Very pleased to recommend him !
Steve came out and programmed a key for a Ford Transit Connect arrived on time and had the job done in minutes.
