Very friendly and helpful. My car developed a knocking noise whilst down in Bungay on a holiday. I was concerned about the drive home and so drove into BCR garage unannounced. They were clearly busy but took the time to have a good look for me and even took the car for a test drive. They said it was most likely a anti roll bar and that I should take it in for repair when I got home. They would not accept any payment and sent us on our way reassured. Well done guys, service you dont see much of anymore.
